Best Time to Visit
April–May and September–November. Avoid July–August (rainy season) and Chinese holidays (extremely crowded).
Transportation
High-speed train to Huangshan North, then 1-hour bus to the mountain base. Cable cars ascend to the summit area. Overnight on the mountain is recommended for sunrise.
