Day-To-Day Itinerary
Day 01: TBA - Beijing Upon arrival in Beijing, our local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. As the capital of China, Beijing has a long history with an abundance of historical and cultural heritage-you cannot tear yourself away! The rest of the day is free at your own leisure.
Day 02: Beijing (B+L+D) Start your Beijing exploration with first visit to the largest public square in the world: Tiananmen Square. Next, stroll through the largest and the best preserved Imperial Palace in the world: the Forbidden City. In the afternoon, you will take a short drive to the Temple of Heaven, which was built specifically for worship of heaven and prayers for good harvests during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Enjoy a Beijing Duck Dinner tonight.
Day 03: Beijing (B+L) After breakfast, drive about one hour to Badaling Great Wall, China's most spectacular sight extending more than 3,700 miles across China and most often visited for China tour. It is one of the best preserved sections and the highest point of the Great Wall. After lunch you also visit one of the Mind Tombs. Ming Tombs are the general names for the mausoleums of 13 emperors of the Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644), located 50 kilometers north from Beijing City. They were fully recognized by UNESCO's World Heritage Committee in 2000.
Day 04: Beijing - Urumqi (B+L) Continue to explore the ancient city including the Hutong Trishaw tour in the morning, and then to the exquisite Summer Palace, which was listed as UNESCO's World Cultural Heritage in 1998. With its elegant overall arrangement, magnificent buildings and attractive scenery, the Summer Palace is the most splendid imperial garden in China built in 1750.Take the afternoon flight to Urumqi. Upon arrival, our local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel.
Day 05: Urumqi (B+L) In the morning drive about 115km to Heavenly Lake (Tian Chi), nestled in the Tian Shan mountain range. Next, proceed to South Pasture, where you will visit local herds.
Day 06: Urumqi - Turpan (B+L) In the morning drive about 380km to Turpan, an oasis stretching across the ancient Silk Road. Along the way, You will visit the Jiaohe Ruins, the best preserved town ruin in China initially built about 2000 years ago. After lunch, also pay a visit to the Karez Well, which is an underground irrigation system that was installed 2,000 years ago. Then you proceed to the Emin Minaret (Sugong Pagoda), the largest Muslim tower in Xinjiang region. Arrive in Turpan in the late afternoon. After checking in the hotel, the rest of the day is free for you to explore the city.
Day 07: Turpan - Dunhuang (B+L+D) Continue your Turpan exploration with visits the Gaochang Ruins, the largest city ruin in west China.The next stop is the Bezeklik Thousand Buddha Caves. After lunch, proceed to the Flaming Hill, one of the hottest places on earth.After dinner, you will drive to the train station to take an overnight soft sleeper train to Dunhuang.

Day 08: Dunhuang (B+L) Upon arrival, our local guide will meet you and escort you to begin your journey to the Echoing-Sand Mountain (Mingshashan), one of the wonders in Dunhuang City. Then take a camel ride to the Crescent-Moon Spring (Yueya Spring).
Day 09: Dunhuang - Lanzhou (B+L) Today?? excursion will bring you to the Mogao Caves. Praised as "a glittering pearl that adorns the Silk Road", Mogao Caves are the most famous grottoes in China. Then visit White Horse Pagoda, the first Buddhist temple in China. White Horse Pagoda was built in order to pay their respect to those monks who had dedicated their life to the spreading of Buddhism. After lunch, Take a flight to Lanhzou, a major stop on the ancient "Silk Road" west of Xi'an. Upon arrival, our local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel.
Day 10: Lanzhou (B+L) Start in the morning and drive about 80km to Bingling Temple, one of the ten largest Chinese grottoes. Originally engraved in the year 420, Bingling Temple contains 183 grottoes and shrines stretching for two kilometers. In the afternoon you Then drive back to the downtown city to visit Gansu Provincial Museum showing more than 80,000 artifacts including Neolithic painted pottery.
Day 11: Lanzhou - Xian (B+L) Take a short morning flight to Xian. Upon arrival, our local guide will meet you and escort you to begin your journey to Shanxi Provincial Museum showing you more than 370,000 relics including Bronze wares, terra cotta figures, gold and silver wares and murals with three thousand years. And next is the Great Mosque. One of five Muslim sanctuaries in China, the Great Mosque in Xian is the only one open to visitors.
Day 12: Xian (B+L) Enjoy a magnificent day of sightseeing what has been called the 8th Wonder of the World --the Terra Cotta Soldiers Museum, which was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1987. Altogether over 7,000 pottery soldiers, horses, chariots, and even weapons have been unearthed there. After lunch, visit the Bell Tower, which is the most well-preserved and best-known one in China and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, which is one of the most famous Buddhist pagodas in China and initially built in 589.
Day 13: Xian - Shanghai (B+L) Take the morning flight to Shanghai, the largest and most prosperous metropolis in China and known as the "Paris of the East". Having arrived at noon, after a little freshen up, you will taking some tours includes the Bund, where the great foreign commercial houses and banks built their imposing office buildings before 1930s. Then stroll along the Nanjing Road, which is considered as one of the World's Seven Great Roads in the 1930s and always mentioned in travel guides as a must see of China tour.
Day 14: Shanghai (B+L) After breakfast, you will tour the elegant classic Chinese garden: the Yu Yuan Garden. Yu Yuan Garden has quite a few scenic courtyards dotted with baroque rockery, pools and flora, all connected by corridors and passageways and cultural relics. Then proceed to Oriental Pearl TV Tower. Finally take a walking tour of the Old French Concession, the area of Shanghai once occupied by French in the mid-19th century.
Day 15: Shanghai-TBA (B) The tour guide will transfer you to the airport and help you board the plane to your sweet home with unforgettable memories.
